How Can Pain In The Lower Back Be Treated?

Hi, I m having trouble with back pain I ve had the pain for just over a week now but today it has become unbearable the pain is from the lower part of my neck and half way down my spine on the top left side I feel like I m constantly winded and it s also making me feel sick and lightheaded I m unable to sit or lay in a comfortable position also and becoming slightly concerned could you please help ? I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you should definitely consult spine surgeon and get done clinical examination of spine. You may also need X ray and MRI of cervical and lumber spine.
Spine physiotherapy, painkiller and anti inflammatory drugs are usual treatment.
