How Can Pain In The Lower Back On The Right Side Be Treated?
I had an injury to my lower back right side and there is a deep purple 3 inch bruise . It is very painful when I move I am using Motrin and extra strength Tylenol ,ice patches and resting Can it turn into a blood clot and I m sure it s a fractured rib or worse but I want to stay in bed elavated . Any suggestions or concerns

I read your question deeply. Some time truma can lead to pain that persist for several months. I prefer firstly to do lumbosacceral spine & pelvic X Ray.If clear,with medication you can do physical therapy.
