Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, you need to have a detailed autoimmune work up and a rheumatologist review. The possibilities of autoimmune musculoskeletal system disorders are quite high given the history and should be worked up. Meanwhile analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be used. If pain is more severe more potent analgesics like tramadol or gabapentin may also be needed. X-rays of affected joints may also be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
