How Can Pain In The Neck Be Treated?

I have had neck pain on left side for a year, sudden onset, no injury or trauma, pain into ear, one spot, had some cortisone injections just into the muscle, PT , a bunch of different pills, had MRI diagnosed with stenosis, now pain in left elbow stiff hurts to hold arm up to talk on phone, hard to grip and twist like a frying pan for instance, and rt shoulder pain in th ebony part and rt middle dinger 2nd joint pain, again sudden onset no injury resting or moving doesn t make a difference, I also have scalp psoriasis which started near that spot on my neck about a year before the neck pain, it got really bad this spring and I finally went in to have the Dr prescribe a topical solution it is clearing up, my grandmother had psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, is that what all this joint pain could be. I also have like an air hunger feeling with it and sometimes my ribs hurt in one spot now all over

hi sir/madam,spondylosis also occurs in psoriatic arthritis.so your neck vertebral joints spondylosis is the probable cause of your symptoms.you need to have a comprehensive treatment with NSAIDs,disease modifying anti rheumatic drugs etc.my suggestion is to consult an efficient rheumatologist.please do not neglect as it will have bad consequences like joint deformities.dont worry with treatment, the disease progression can be halted and complications prevented.take care.bye.
