Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If you suffer from severe longstanding pain with other signs such as swelling, discharge or any abnormal symptoms, then you need to consult a urologist for clinical and laboratory assessment. In many cases, it's due to trauma during intercourse, which require only analgesics.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
