I am a fairly fit woman of 64, and have been suffering for the last couple of weeks or more, muscle pain from strenuous gym work outs, while I am on my off-season landscape/garden job in Colorado. I took a new gym class using dumb bells and weights at a very fast pace doing squats and over the head lifts of dumbells and weights, and never went back to that class! I have been doing yoga type work-outs recently to help stretch the muscles, but want to know if there is a treatment you suggest, and should I take Aleve 200 vs. Motrin 800 at night to help me sleep. Sleeping and sitting seem to result in the most pain, whereas hiking, walking and moving around does not! Most pain in right shoulder and in higher leg area (where bends at hip). Thank you. Cleta
