In this time my active sprem count is 20% . plz tell me what I can do .
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You could be having the testicular pain due to a small cyst like a varicocele which you had earlier and was operated.
An ultrasound examination of the testis will diagnose if you do have a cyst. In such case, please consult a general surgeon or a Urologist who can examine you and advise you on the management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Ajit Kumar Varma
