Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello..26yr old male here. I was edging & wanking for 2 and a half hours today & just i was about to cum my testicles got sore. After i came i thought the pain had gone but it did not. My testicles feel sensitive & its painful to walk too. Please help
The pain in your testicles can be due to multiple reasons like:
1) infection, but it is accompanied by fever and tenderness in scrotum
2) swelling due to herniation, it will be seen as a bulge when you cough
3) when you masturbate rarely you may feel like straining scrotum, it is not an serious issue, will solve by its own. If you feel you notice 1 or 2 of the above then make sure you get it checked by a surgeon. If nothing noticed then you are absolutely alright nothing to worry.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Suhas Chauhan
