How Can Pain In The Thighs Be Treated?

I was carrying a box and ran into the side of the door which rammed the box right into the top of my thigh. This happened last week. It hurt for a minute when it first happened, but now a week later, it hurts much worse. It s very sore and is painful when rubbed. I ve never had something get worse after not hurting at all. There is no bruising as of yet and no lump.

Hi,

This is most likely injury of the thigh due to ramping. The first thing is to take pain killers brufen, panadal or any other analgesics. Chest x Ray may be useful to get the exact extent of injury. There may be fracture or deep seated haematoma. It will also be good to take doctor's opinion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
