How Can Pain In The Upper Back On The Right Side Be Treated?
Hi.. I am having upper back pain on the right side for 2 weeks now.in the morning I can handle the pain even i am working. But at night if I m laying in bed it s getting worse. I cannot move and so painful.sometimes it s gone. And at night it will come back. I do hot compress at night and put some mentholated cream. After 4 days of doing that, I feel relieved. But today I feel it again. My job is doing household chores (helper). Hope you can give me an advice what to do. Thank you and God bless..
can you be more specific of upper back pain?? well you have to maintain good posture during work and sleep on some hard matress, avoid weight lifting while leaning and avoid heavy object lifting. do some core exercise that is mild never stress it out just go with small weight lifting core exercises you need to get those muscles strong so that your back is able to bear wear and tear.
just use hard mattress and have an up right posture and do mild exercise in gym weight training but properly monitered by gym trainer the pain will subside, if the pain is severe then take 2 pills of acetominaphen 500mg tds along with pentoprazole 20mg 1 daily on an empty stomach
