How Can Pain In The Wrists Be Treated?

I fractured my left wrist 3 years ago. It healed without surgery. However, for the past week I have been experiencing discomfort to the point of wearing my wrist brace, especially at night. It feels like I sprained it. I have Voltaire Gel that I ve used for past 3 days and am taking one Aleve 220 mg a day. Can I increase the Aleve? Thank you, Suzi

If your pain is unbearable you can increase it like 2 tablets a day. But it is better to use Voltaire Gel. Apply it 3 times a day morning, afternoon, and evening.
