How Can Pain On The Right Side Of The Head Be Treated?

can you suggest treatment / recommend dr visit for the following: 28 yr old female, off/on ( 4-5 mos) pain on right side of the head on top making right ear ( on the outside) and right eye feels pressure. now it is 2 days w/ no reprieve.... same time, congested with what seems like sinus symptoms. possible sinus infection? should we be more concerned?
