I recently fell on a wet floor at work. Trying to catch myself but landed on my back . My inner wrist is bruised where I tried to catch myself. But a couple of days later I have had bad cramping on the backside of my left shoulder up thru my left side of neck. The pain is making it harder to turn my neck & kind of feels like I have a really bad crink (kind of like I slept on it wrong).
