How Can Painful Blisters On The Nose Be Treated?

I woke up Sat.Jan.14 2017 an couldnt move without crying an it hurting so bad i thought i was gonna die..I have told my dr. before that i have sore/lesions in my nose all the time. I get feverblisters all the time.I sometimes take a drink of somethig an it goes halfway down then i spit it up an take a deep breath an get another drink an it goes down im assuming this is inflammation in chest. Urin trobule a few utie in the last year.. i sleep all the time.my dr.says i have copd...i have also lost alot of weight...just wondering if with all theses symptoms if you think i have lupus cause everytime my immune system will drop each month when i have my period. oh an fevers all the time or its blood pressure my face will fell like its burning.

As a first line management you can try analgesics like acetaminophen for symptomatic relief.

Generally it will settle by itself. If persists you can consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
