How Can Painful Bone Spur On The Feet Be Treated?
Hi, Weight loss. Losing weight reduces pressure on the bones in your feet and relieves pain associated with a bone spur. Change shoes or wear padding, Heat and ice therapy, Cortisone injection, Walking boot, Pain relievers. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
