How Can Painful Bowel Movement Be Treated?

I am 30 years old Asian female. The problem started three years back after delivery of my baby and stitches continued to colon opening. First it was irritation in this area. Then pain with bowel movement but now I feel much pain after bowel pass, pain and severe acidity felt until 10-15 minute of bowel pass. Bowel is full of mucous and feel that I am not emptied full.

Dear what do you mean by colon opening??How your delivered? Is it normal delivery or by cesarion section??

Please avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks. Eat more alkalizing food like bracolli,cabbage, watermelon,Nuts etc..

Use tab. pantaprazol before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
