How Can Painful Bumps On The Vaginal Lips Be Treated?

Hey, for the past but I ve been noticing little bubble type groups of painful bumps on my vagina lips. They ve subsided and disappeared. But now the skin easily peels off and bleeds sometimes a little.. also my discharge is constantly clumpy.. and I haven t been getting my period at all.. but to take into account I am type one diabetic, I have hypothyroidism that s not very well treated and high blood sugars.. I don t know if any of that affects it but.. I d really appreciate the help..

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Kindly do the following to overcome the painful bumps on the vaginal lips.
1. Cleanse the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily.
2. Apply Neomycin skin ointment over the lesion as thin layer.
3. Take antiinflammatory medication Tablet.Ibuprofen twice daily after food.
4. Take a course of oral antibiotics containing Amoxacillin with Clavulenic acid.
5. Put loose fitting undergarments and clothes preferably made of cotton.
6. Abstain from sexual activities till the lesions subside completely. However, you need to strictly control your blood glucose level.
