I am in severe pain with hemorrhoids I can barely walk or cough I m taking laxitives an prescription proctosol-HC 2.5% cream and some Rx steroid gel and taking strong pain meds oh an icing them ...it still hurts​ like hell..I had surgery years, years back an I need some relief...I found a tube of Ichthammol ointment 20% will this help with the pain an going away of them?
According to your complain you have problem of painful hemorroid problem.... Topical analgesic can use for it... Lignocain ointment use before going toilet time.. If you have constipation problem than stool softner can use for it... Avoid excessive straining at toilet time.. Take a green vegetables and fresh fruits... High fiber foods.. Drink more water... Avoid spicy food and fatty food consuption... Consult a gastroenterologist for further treatment. Get well soon.. Thank you.
