Hi I m 37 year old I have painful periods very bad i can even walk I always started different day of mouth I get sick throwing up my head hurt dizzy I go to the doctor they don t tell me much they said take of ibuprofen I would like to get help

Hi,

You are having severe spastic dysmenorrhea. As a first line management you can take analgesics like Mefenemic acid for pain relief. If pain persists, you have to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated. An ultrasound abdomen is required in that case.
