What Causes Blurred Vision And Dizziness Before Periods?

I have multiple 3mm cysts in my left breast. They are sore and painfull before my periods. But now from last couple of months i am noticing that 2 weeks prior to my every period i get blurried vision and dizziness. Once my periods are done i am all good. Its those 10 days that are normal in my life. Again 15 days prior to periods i have same dizziness. Can you see if my dizziness is somwhat related to my periods or something else.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The dizziness is related to hormone level alteration when the uterus is preparing itself for the progesterone phase from the estrogen phase.

The breast cysts also co-relate with the same issue. If on regular basis, it requires correction via hormone medications, if occasional over time, nothing specific medications required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
