How Can Painful Scabies Be Treated?

hello doctor i am suffering from scabies infection for about 2 and a half weeks. i have been to a doctor who has prescribed some medicine like Azee 500( azithromycin 500), citzen and a lotion named Lindane Lotion Usp. i have been following his medication for 3 days which has undoubtedly reduced my itiching tendency but on the other hand i have got a boil on my butt cheek which has swollen big and red. the pain is unbearable. neither can i sleep or sit what should i do. please help.

Hello, It appears to be scabies super added by bacterial (staphylococcal) infection. Along with Lindane application, Azithromycin 500 for 5 days should be able to control the same. If not then you may have to change the antibiotic to Augmentin 625 three times a day for 6days or so. Thanks.
