How Can Painful Spinal Stenosis Be Treated?

I have spinal stenosis and have been on norco, Vicodin, Percocet, etc. A few months ago my doctor placed me on Butrans 10mg a hour patches which help with the high and low peaks of pain as well as 2 Percocet 10/325 pills a day which seem to do nothing I believe I have built up immunities to and seem to not be helping anymore. I am also on gabapentin 600mg a day that seem to do nothing as well. I am questioning if I should introduce marijuana as well to see if it helps control pain as it is now legal in California. Just concerned that it may have bad drug interactions. Any suggestions would help. Thank you
