How Can Painful Swelling On The Feet And Hands Be Treated?

I have been taking the Humira shots for a year and always had a little swelling and bruising. This last batch I got has been bruising me and swelling me really bad for at least 2 weeks at a time. I took one on the 18th and my leg is extremely bruised and swollen all the way to my feet and hands and is very painful. What should I do?
