How Can Painful Tendonitis In The Right Arm Be Treated?
What can I do to help me with this painful Tendonitis in my right arm?? My Shoulder is bone on bone so either a Replacement or Rebirth might fix that!!!...not ready for that Surgery!! The Pain in my arm is making it difficult to shift my Truck, and That IS a problem!! Appreciate your recommendation. Thanks!!!

take analgesic tablet like brufen three times daily after food apply analgesic ointment. hot phomantation and physiotherapy.
