Salam alaikoum. I am from the birth of 1980. I suffer from heart palpitations. I start with a free wave under my stomach. I go up to the top and suffer from irritation of the colon. I feel that I am dying at any moment. I sleep a little today, and some day and many thoughts go bad and we have a hereditary follower with panic and obsessive compulsiveness.
