How Can Palpitations And Dizziness Be Managed While On Torrent?

I used to take Losartan potassium 100 mg according to the pharmacy it was Aurobindo pharmacetical or Zygeneric. My pill was just changed to Torrent pharmacetical and I cannot tolerate the pill. It s causing me to have extra heart beats and severe dizziness. I cant seem to find my old brand at any pharmacy
