How Can Palpitations While Suffering From Sinusitis Be Treated?

Hi I am currently taking antibiotics for a sinus infection and also take a 5 mg beta blocker. I have recently been having a higher heart rate and palpitations and was wondering if it’s ok to take an iron pill since I have had low iron in the past and thought this might be the issue.?

Hello dear. Welcome to Healthcaremagic. I read your query and I understand your concern. I think the palpitations doesn't relate to sinusitis and antibiotics and may not be due to low iron too. I can say y
need to check thyroid and heart. Anyway to correct the low iron is a good idea .
Take care.
Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help you. Best regards. Dr Olgeta Xhufka ( general and family physician ).
