How Can Paralysis Be Treated?

Sir, I m Sayem from Bangladesh. I m suffering for an year in Paralysis at my left leg. I could not walk myself welly. I have shown my Doctors in Bangladesh who are mainly Neauro Medicine doctors. My history is that after the death of my younger brother last year a get a great shocks in mentality and I became cried again and again with loudly. After his death I become very sick within 4/5 days as a result my blood presser become very high. But I could not understand that I shall be lost my balance power a day. Actually I could not balance myself when walk. What should be done for me?

Hello,

Are you on any medications now? If you are having Hypertension or Diabetes -take regular medications and keep it under control. What was the cause of your left leg paralysis. Do regular physiotherapy.
