How Can Paralysis Of The Arms And Leg Be Treated?

My friend had a massive stroke. His right arm and leg appear paralyzed and until recently he could not talk or swallow. His stroke event happened on Mar 30. He has only a sister to help him. I would like to know different therapies, medications etc that may help him- perhaps that I could discuss with his sister & doctor. Mike is 69 years old.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
The only therapy you can try is physiotherapy.
Damage to nervous system in stroke can't be repaired from the looks of the scenario given by you.
He should take the medication given to him by his doctor for blood pressure, cholesterol, if any ....
Hope it helps
