General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As there is a pearly white lesion without discharge or pain, it should be checked by any local doctor as he will make a diagnosis by observing and running a few tests. It may be wart or Molluscum contagiosum infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
