Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com..

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about.

As per your history and it's relationship with the drug it seems to me not an infectious lesion or if either it is it can be viral but am allergic reaction

As you said it was triamcinilone acetonod cream which is a steroid same as betamethezone.
Other two mentioned drugs of you are anti fungal. If it has now started bleeding don't use anything because steroids cause delay in healing and as per your history the wound at the tip of the capillary.

According to my opinion it seems to me viral, you can more recall some sort of fever preceded with it.
You must take anti allergic like levocitrizine and antibiotic like levofloxicin in consultation with doctor.

Hope my answer will be helpful to you. Also write back to us in case any further help is needed.

Regards
