How Can Penis Foreskin Be Retracted

Hi, I m a 22 y/o guy and I think m having trouble with my penis. The foreskin of my penis is not off yet. Even when m fully erect that foreskin does go off the head of my penis. I masturbate frequently. I actually mastruBates a lot. The foreskin hasn t caused any problem yet, there is no problem while masturbating. But I want it go back. Please help me. Thank you!
