How Can Periods Be Delayed?

Hi I m34 yr old. I want to delay my periods as I will be travelling from 10-16th march. My expected date of period is 14th march. Last period was on 19th feb, I have a regular cycle of 25 days. Pls suggest whether taking regestrone tablet will help in delaying periods. Kindly let me know the dosage & from which date I should start taking the medicine.

Tab registone helps in postponement of menses. the usual dose is 5 mg twice daily and should be started 5 days before the date.
