How Can Peripheral Neurapathy Be Treated?

I have peripheral neurapathy due to past chemotherapy for sigmoid colon cancer surgery, 1 month after chemo ended I developed the severe numbness in the hands and feet what should I tell my treatment team, this has now been almost 1 year since chemo ended
