General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

For hypothyroidism, levothyroxine is good drug

According to TSH level dose of levothyroxine adjusted...

I need to know your TSH level and dose of levothyroxine for more comment

Also check your diabetes, b12 level for neuropathy evaluation

With the control of hypothyroidism mostly your symptoms will resolve

Consult physician for examination and further work up accordingly

If needed NCV testing, kidney and Liver profile also should be checked

Take care

Hope your concern solved
