How Can Peripheral Neuropathy Be Treated?

my name is Aline I am 80yrs (but young thinking) I have neuropathy in my feet- feels like I have sock on - my tors & underneat feels like carbon-I started having vibrations & my MD said it was my damage nerves dancing but did not give me (what to do about it) it is getting out of hand - what can I do to slow it down
