Hi,

Stage 4 cancer means terminal stage cancer. So only palliative care should be offered. These kind of cramps are very common in terminal stages of cancer. You are should give him:

1. Multivitamin multimineral and anti oxidant tablets.
2. Plenty of fluids orally.
3. Give centrally acting (acts on brain) painkillers like Tramadol or Morphine (under doctor's guidance).
4. Apply warm water pad on affected areas of legs, arms, back, etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
