How Can Persistent Neck Pain Accompanied With Headache Be Treated?

Neck pain with headache all over not any particular side and crocin pain relief and combiflam and diclomol of no use. This has been for the last 10-15 days . As soon as i get up in the morning it is there. I am not able to do anything since it lasts during the day as well

The detail about history of injury or fall is required. There may be a cervical spondilitis. please do an x ray neck and visit an orthopeditian.
