Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
HELLO DOCTOR .....I JUST HAD A SMALL DOUBT ...FEW MONTHS BEFORE AROUND IN DECEMBER WHILE HAVING SEX WITH MY WIFE ACCIDENTLY I HAD CUT OVER PENNIS SKIN .I HEARD THAT THE SkIN ON PENNIS SHOULD REMOVED FOR FUTURE PURPOSE AND TRIED TO HAD SEX AGAIN WITH MY WIFE BUT IS HURTING ME ALOT.NOW PLEASE SUGGEST ME IS IT NECCESSARY TO REMOVE THE SKIN ON PENNIS OR NOT.
If foreskin cant retracted fully than it might be Phimosis with tight frenulum...
For that if mild phimosis there than steroid cream can be useful for that...
But if it causes difficult intercourse with pain than chronic phimosis needs to treated with circumcision operation in which foreskin removed and frenulum released .....
Hope your concern solved ...
Take care
Advise : consult surgeon...
