Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi Doctor, I am 34 and I have a tight foreskin. 6 months back I had itching on the penis and consulted an Urologist who diagnosed that I have diabetes and said cannot undergo circumcision at that time (which is fine as I didn t want to do). He also mentioned that the is no alternative but circumcision can solve non-retractable foreskin. Now I got my diabetes almost under control and went to seek second opinion whether circumcision can be avoided. To my surprise, this Urologist was and to pull back my foreskin over the head of penis. He noticed that penis head had a lot of smegma (cheesy coloured secretions on solid state). He advised to use Bentovate C cream for one week and come back for followup check. With the confidence I am now able to retract my foreskin in flaccid state but not sure about erect state (didn t try). Am I on the right track? Will I able to fully retract my foreskin even in erect state? Please advise.
