Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Daily during bath you need to retract the foreskin till the end of glans penis and clean it. Do not allow whitish material (smegma) to accumulate. If you feel you cannot retract it fully kindly consult a surgeon or urologist. You can get treatment in an outpatient office by a surgeon/urologist. How he treats you depends on the severity of your condition. He will also consider the cause of the problem and ask what kind of solutions you prefer. He may recommend: 1. A steroid cream that you apply to your foreskin several times a day for several weeks. This can loosen the skin. 2. A partial or full circumcision.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr Sanjay Kini
