General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The phimosis is a treatable condition and balanitis is the common cause for that. For phimosis, if mild topical steroid can be prescribed.

But if phimosis is moderate, then the operation can be done which is called circumcision in which foreskin removed and tight frenulum released.

With circumcision, you can able to perform sexual intercourse. Consult the urologist for examination and get your treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
