How Can Pigmentation Around The Eyes Be Treated?

Hi i have black pigmentation around my eyes its been 6years I have on treatment at facial therapist for 18 months but there is no difference.she has tried many ways fraxel laser,peeling skin,skin rejuvenation but until now no difference.I m using dermafix products. Could you please help me.

it can be hyperpigmantation. apply sunscreen lotion and avoid exposer to sun.use dark gaggles when you gout to sun.
