How Can Pigmentation On The Face Be Treated?
I just started using skinlite cream in evenings on daily basis... Shall I contains nue it or stop using it as I hv read so many negative reviews of the cream.kindly suggest me. How I ll get rid of pigmentation of face ,dark spots ,dark lines on nose .I m fair but I got all these problems after surgery.I feel I m losing confidence also. I m 3o years old.

The skinlite cream is a steroid based cream containing Hydroquinone, Tretinoin and Mometasone Furoate. Yes, it is true that steroid creams initially shows wonderful effects on the face by reducing pigmentation and brightening the face.
But if you use it for the long term there can be severe side effects like skin thinning, pimples, inflammation, rashes, itching, excess hair growth and dilated veins under the skin.
So it is better to stop using steroid based creams and use other alternatives for reducing pigmentation and dark lines.
You can start using her safe de-pigmentation creams and facewash. You can use Salicylic Acid and Glycolic Acid containing facewash.
Apply Kojic Acid containing creams like Kojivit or Kojicare. Scrub your face with a face scrub. Chew a vitamin C pellet, apply sunscreen lotion when going out.
