How Can Pimples And Dark Spots On The Face Be Removed?

Hi , I have moved from Delhi to Bangalore. I am getting this pimple problems, it comes and go leaving dark spots . I went to a dermatologist today and she has given Deriva - CMS along with suncote sunscreen and FASH face wash. Should I have to go ahead and how should I apply this Deriva Gel.

I have gone through your query. You can apply aloe vera and benzoyl peroxide combination creams for acne. For black spots you can apply kojic acid cream.
