Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of pimples on the face which could be due to hormonal changes and post intake of contraceptive pills. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to try to reduce your stress . Wash your face with face wash containing salicylic acid. Exfoliate your skin twice a week. Apply raw honey at night and wash it in the morning. Apply azelaic acid cream after washing face twice a day. You should consult dermatologist once and get it examined. Start treatment after proper prescription which is given to you by physician. Avoid taking oily, fried and spicy food.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
