How Can Pimples On The Face Be Treated?
i have developed many small pimples all over my face and this is due to excessive heat produced inside my body and sun,doctor prescribed me to use faceclin-a gel,but instead of healing it is causing much more irritation.skin pealing has occured which is unbearable.please suggest me an alternative solution.

As first-line management, you can apply Clindamycin lotion for symptomatic relief. If lesion persists better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
