hi doctor i had pimple on my face i used epiduo at evening n at night i used d acne gel along with the azithromycin tablet for one month and i tke tablet doxy alsi for 10 days ...now my pimple has stopped so i stip all of this and start using kojiglo and clindamycin together after 4 days i have notice the two small pimple occur what should i do now
You have pimples on the face which occur when skin pores become clogged with sebum, dead skin and bacteria get infected. Already, you are taking so much medication and not getting benefit.
I would suggest you apply aloe vera gel on face and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. Drink 8-9 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Cover skin with cloth when exposed to the sun. If the condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult a dermatologist. The doctor may prescribe antibiotics course along with chemical therapy.
