However, what could understand I wonder if this could be Impetigo? That is a rapidly spreading infection of the skin. It is not serious and responds very well to topical antibiotics. The suspicion would be higher if there was anyone else who has this type of lesion. After having said this, I repeat that understanding skin problem are very difficult without seeing the lesion and every lesion have a lot of causes. So, the best option would be to see a dermatologist or discuss with your general physician if the lesion looks like impetigo, if not, then you need to see dermatologist urgently.
