How Can Pimples On The Forehead Be Removed?

hey
i am suffering from pimplesor bumps kinda thing on my forehead .. firstly they were small but then i scratched those and they became large and red now.. HELP ME
plus can we use Betnovate N on pimples..?
how effective it is..? actually I've been using this for years and it do reduce pimples but it takes lotta time and i was wondering if time cure my pimples or bentnovate does..

Betnovate is the brand name betamethasone topical cream. It is a steroid cream used for several skin conditions. Betnovate N contain additional neosporin along with betamethasone.
Topical steroids are generally ineffective for acne(pimples). In fact it may worsen pimples. Neosporin may help to reduce inflammation in infected pimple bumps.

I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get the following things done:-
(1)- Start on anti pimple creams like benzyl peroxide or topical tretinoin.
(2)- Antibiotic creams like clindamycin may be required in severe cases.
(3)- You may require oral drugs like doxycycline or minocycline in some cases.
Have healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables.
Do not squeeze or break pimple bumps.
